- Yes. Cancel a paid plan whenever you like from Billing. Nothing is deleted — you keep the items already in your vault.
- Is VAT included?

- Everything you saved stays. Adding a 16th item, or a scan beyond 10 in a month, asks you to upgrade first.
- How are payments handled?
- Payments run through Stripe. Vaultiq never sees your card details.
