Terms of Service

Vaultiq helps you collect, organize, and act on purchase receipts, invoices, warranties, and subscriptions. Some features are free; some require a paid subscription.

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your login credentials secure. You must be at least 16 years old to create an account.

Don't use Vaultiq to break the law, upload content you don't have the right to, attempt to access other users' data, probe or reverse-engineer the service, or relay spam. We may suspend accounts that do.

Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or yearly cycle by Stripe. You can cancel at any time from Settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period and you keep access until then.

Prices and plan features may change. We'll give you notice by email before any increase takes effect on your existing subscription.

Refunds are provided in accordance with applicable consumer law (for EU residents: your statutory right of withdrawal applies).

The items and documents you upload remain yours. You grant us a limited, non-exclusive licence to store and process them solely to operate the service for you. We will not use your content for any other purpose.

When you connect a mailbox, pay via Stripe, or receive emails through Resend, you're also bound by those providers' terms. Their links are available in our Privacy Policy.

We work hard to keep Vaultiq available and accurate, but we provide the service "as is". We cannot guarantee that the parsing of every receipt will be perfect or that every deadline reminder will reach you on time. Always verify important details.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from the service will not exceed the greater of €50 or what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under mandatory consumer law.

You can delete your account at any time from Settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or remain inactive for extended periods. On termination your data is permanently deleted within 30 days, subject to legal retention.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Disputes will be handled by the competent Dutch courts, without prejudice to mandatory consumer-protection rules in your country of residence.

If we update these Terms in a material way, we'll notify active users by email and update the "Last updated" date above. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the updated Terms.
