Frequently asked

Which mailboxes can I connect?+

Outlook inboxes via secure Microsoft OAuth, and any IMAP mailbox (Yahoo, iCloud, AOL, Zoho, ProtonMail via Bridge, FastMail, and most other providers). You can also upload receipts manually from your phone at any time.

Do you read all my emails?+

No. We only scan for messages whose subject matches purchase-receipt signals ("receipt", "order", "invoice", "confirmation", "subscription", "renewal", "billing"). Personal conversations are never read, stored, or analysed.

How are my credentials stored?+

OAuth tokens are stored server-side and never exposed to your browser. IMAP passwords are encrypted at rest with a key derived from our server secret. You can disconnect a mailbox from Settings at any time and the credentials are deleted immediately.

Can I export or delete my data?+

Yes. Export as JSON or CSV from Settings → Privacy & Data. Delete your whole account from the same section — all items, documents, and credentials are permanently removed within 30 days.

How do I cancel a subscription?+

Settings → Manage Plan → Cancel. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period and you keep full access until then.

Something looks wrong with a scanned receipt.+

Open the item, tap Edit, correct the fields, and save. If it's consistently wrong for a specific merchant, email support and include a screenshot — we'll take a look.
